Years 7 to 9, without the jargon

Younger pupils do not need a miniature exam factory. They need to learn how school works when school is online, and they need English, mathematics, and science taught properly.
Year 7
Year 7 settles a pupil into live online school. Lessons are deliberately paced. We teach the subject, and we also teach the routine: where to find the work, how to ask for help, how to submit something finished. Parents can see progress without waiting for an end-of-year surprise.
Years 8 and 9
Year 8 builds the base. Writing gets longer. Problems take more than one step. Year 9 is the bridge to Senior School: pupils see what O Level, IGCSE or International GCSE will ask of them, and they make that choice with a teacher, not from a brochure.
The aim of Lower School is a pupil who can begin Senior School without panic.
If your child is already between these years, tell us what they have studied. Placement is a conversation about the work, not a form that only asks for a date of birth.
